Age:                                        I chose this age group because I think that they would be the most likely to enjoy our movie (Action-Thriller) this is because it is going to be a very stereotypical sort of movie and it will be easy for people of this age to understand. I am going on the thought that most people in this age group don’t want to watch a movie where they send the whole thing thinking and not seeing any action, saying that our aim will be to keep the audience guessing with but enough action to keep them interested.

Gender:                                 My group and I chose male because of the action element. This is because the stereotypical male will enjoy a movie much more if it has a strong element of action. On the other hand we do expect some women come to watch the film, even though it is not our main target audience.

Socio-economic status:         My film will be aimed at people in middle class and lower class because I don’t believe that people in higher class will want to see the type of movie that I am making also iI believe that people in middle class and lower class probably go to the cinema or buy movies more often because they are cheap and affordable and very entertaining also people in higher class may want to watch a film with a bit more of a story and not as fast paced.


Doing this task allowed me too see the sort of people I would aim my film at. It also helped rule out certain areas to film and almost certain forms action were ruled out because of this task
